Hello,

Try this 1

1) Click on Start --> In search bar, type control folders and press Enter.

"Folder Options" will be opened.

Click on the "View" tab.

2) Select the option "Show hidden files and folders" and uncheck the check box

"Hide extensions for known file types" and click on OK.

3) Now go to the location C:\ProgramData\Sonic

Look for the file "sarlicense9.dat" and rename it to sarlicense9.tmp.

Now open your Roxio Creator.

Later follow the step 1 and click on "Restore Defaults" button and then click on

OK.

Good Luck
