How do I put music on itunes?

Hello,
I need help puttin my downloaded music on itunes i pushed files and it says save to library or whatever and i did then now i dont know what to do its not on my itunes this is stupid ipods are so difficult plz reply

With itunes opened go to
file
select import
select source
then clk open
thats it!

I guess you want to put your music to iTunes and then to your iPod/iPhone.
