COD (1) multiplayer problems !PC!

Hello,I bought COD (1) a few days ago and i bought it so i could play it online but when i go to multiplayer and ''join a game'' and i choosed Internet and i click ''refresh'' i waited like 5mins but no servers appear i tried the other internet options but none of them come pls could some help me. ASAP

Ok... well where can i see my firewall settings and i have a router. it goes from my router to my PC and if i unplug it internet stops workin :P i have other games such as Counter strike 1.6 and that works fine,i find many servers. but with COD i find none. :( (btw why u say 360? :D)

It works now! heres what i did: re-installed the game and now my firewall informed that it was blocking the connection and i just unblocked it. it works. =)

PLease help me i have a problem - alike, i can see servers but it dont want to join in.. it says Awaiting Connection...1 and then i get disconnected
