Laptop wont boot even from cd

Hello everyone,

I got a Toshiba laptop its wont boot.

after windows screen, a blue screen coming up so quickly, I cant even read than its restarting itself.

its taking me the f8 menu every time its restarts. I tried safe mode, actually I tried every modes but same results.

I even tried boot with windows cd its still taking me to f8 menu. I check the bios for boot orders cd is the first but

not booting from cd. Anyone have any ideas??

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi,
you need to reinstall windows.
try to disable booting from hard drive.
then you should be able to boot from CD.
in fact, disable all except booting from CD.
