Trojan help

Hello,


i recently found i have a trojan i downloaded the removal tool from nortons and when it finishes scanning it says i have no trojans even though i scan the item it is hiding in and it says its there
HELP PLZ

I think instead of norton you can use Trojan remover tool . it removes most of trojans
