Hello,
my son has been hacked on x-box live and he was using my e-mail address and password,
i really need this info, i have e-mailed microsoft but have not heard anything back can anyone help me?

Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi i have rang x-box and i was on phone for 25mins to them they were trying to tell me how to reset my password which i had already done so i am still not back on x-box thanks anyway
