hi i have had this trouble before and still cannot figure out what is going on i click sign into msn messenger it goes through but then it won't show any contacts who are on its like its frozed this is getting to be very frustrating i've done things that i was told to do already and it worked for a few weeks and now its doing it again can you please tell me why i am having so much trouble with this why does it keep doing this
