Acer Notebook ZG5 Problem

Hello,
im Valentine i have just got my Acer notebook zg5 for my brithday
charged fully until the charge icon became green
pressed the power button
the power icon turned on for 2 secs, the screen stayed blank then turned off :(
(everything was connected properly i checked numerous time but every time i press the power button it lights up and turns off in 2 secs)

please someone help me
why is it doing this
whats the best think to do
