Hello, I have just got my mum set up on her new laptop with Vista. I tried to download Google earth, and right at the end a window popped up that said something like 'this internet page is not available' etc, which is the usual page that you get if an internet website is not there anymore - except that this one was a bit unusual, as it also said something about 'google end user agreement'. There is no X in the border to close this window down - nothing round the edge but blue, and I cannot cannot cannot get rid of it. My mum now can't use her computer until I can find a way of getting rid of this popped up window. I have never seen one like it where there is no facility round the edge to close it down - can anyone help at all please please! My mum is 75, and I was so proud of her going on-line for the first time today - and now this has happened!!! Please help. Thanks! Gibbs

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hey, I have exactly the same problem. I can't get rid of this window. The top line says something about a license agreement but the rest of the page says: This page is not available. I don't know if your Vista is different from mine (german). Anyway, you can find unter the system programs: system recovery (don't really know how a englisch computer names these things). You have to recover it to a date before you installed Google Earth. Still I haven't found any solution to this problem... still looking for one.

Hi Amy - sorry to take so long to come back to you, has taken me ages to find the instructions that I found, and used, and they worked!

To stop the problem completely, you need to go to 'Task Manager' then 'Processes' click EULA.exe then 'right click' and click 'Open File Location' do that with all EULA.exe and go to the open folder and delete all the files associated with it or delete all you see on that folder. Restart window afterwards and you will see the problem is gone.

I did the above, and it worked completely!

Good luck.

Hey, thanks for the answer. I just tried everything you wrote. I found two Eula-files but inside of this folder, I couldn't delete GoogleEULA-launcher, GoogleEULA and EULAcommon.dll. Looks like I "haven't got the rights" to delete them. The only files I was able to delete were: PA_eula_content and IE_eula_content. Then I restartet windows but still this license-window popped up. How come you were able to delete everything?!

Yes - I have fixed it now. You need to do ctrl/alt/delete at same time, and wait for the window... then go onto Task Manager, then Processes, find EULA.exe, then right click, and click 'Open File Location' - go to the open folder and delete all the files associated with it, or delete all you see on that folder. restart windows after. That solved it permanently for me. good luck!

You cannot delete the Eula.exe because it is active. First right click on it, select "End Process". After it is ended, you should be able to delete it. You do not need the eula launcher either, so you can end/delete it too.

I know a solution,
you have to give me the mother board or laptop. i can issulate with my new software which helps you to run anything in it if your system that has worked on others. If you cant give me then your problems will increase.
