Hello,I have a toshiba satalite vista windows laptop...it shut down on me a day ago...I figured out how to repair it, after shuting down and restarting repeatidly, (hours later), it then automatically went to a repair option that finally lead me to the recovery option, ( a wizard system recovery program opt.) after reconfiguring, it seemed to all work again,...I chose Country: US, (English), recreated my username and password, using the same one as prior, then hit finish and when the laptop restarted it went directly to the log in vista windows page, as per normal, I entered my password and it said it was the wrong one??? I'm confused? Anyone know how I can reset this? Computer says use a floppy disc or USB driver, I'm not sure how this works...any suggestions would be helpful!  Thanks C~
