Having a pci driver

i have formatted a my pc but pci driver is not be installed so kindly help me to suggest how its work

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi,
try to download an updated driver.
then try to install it.
also check if it has been blocked by the firewall.
