Network Controll Driver

Hello,

I have newly dell inspiron 1525. and have formatted it , and Windows XP Sp2,
Problem is :
in Device Manager , i m getting some yellow mark on Network Controller, Ethernet controller, and Modem device on High Definition Audio bus.

Please help me , how will I resolve these issue.

you just reinstal driver for the devices with yellow marks.

Thanks for immediate response.
From which device i need to install that driver. I inserted that cd which i got with laptop. and updated the drivers. but still getting the same error. If you have that Driver with you . could you please provide me .
