My External HD only shows 30gb instead of 160

Hello,
I was wondering anyone would know how to fix this problem.
It's a philips SPD5230CC 160GB External HD USB.
It used to show 160GB but after i used it on my XBOX it only shows 160GB

Try backing up your data and reformatting the drive using NTFS.
