how can i removed the ZLOFLY TORJAN,NEPTURA IH virus bycommand prompt method & DOS PROMPT METHOD.

Configuration: pre-installed DOS,windows XP (SP-2) O.S                 
Internet Explorer 6.0

I had the same problem and what I did was back up all my files, photos, and downloads on a usb stick and rebooted my computer to the first day I bought it. It worked like a charm....good luck.
