Win32/Adware.Virtumonde application virus

Hello,
My antivirus(NOD 32 Antivirus) has detected the Win32/Adware.Virtumonde application virus .But it is not able to delete that because whenever it ask for the permission to delete or clean it , access deneied is the message that i recieve from the computer. So can any body tel me how to delete this virus bacause im having trouble with this and i do not want to format my computer.. i always appreciate your help....

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

I download VundoFix v7.0.6 and run for virus scan, but after scanning it says no results were found.. so how can i fix

Install super anti spyware to remove virtumonde
