Hello,

I keep getting a message that pops ups saying that I have Trojan.Brisv.A!inf on my Auto-Protect Results box. It keeps saying that "no action" was taken. Yet, it keeps showing tons of trojans. They system removal tool and the AVG tool both run scans and keep saying "no dangers" (or something to that effect) are found on my computer. Yet I can clearly see the long list of Trojan.Brisv.A!inf that come up. What can I do? Please help.

I have Vista.

Thank you

Configuration: Vista

Hi

I had this problem and went on the norton website and downloaded a removal tool for the Trojan.Brisv.A I had to run the scan in safe mode as it wouldn't work in normal mode, you also need to stop system restore and disconnect from the internet when you run it.

This worked for me, hope it helps.

Diane
