Webcam clarity

I'm sorry, I dont know what forum to put this in! I have a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 webcam. The picture on
my end looks very clear and quite nice. When I communicate to my daughter through skype and using my webcam,
the picture is not as clear on her end. I have a Dell computer and am on quest with 256 kbps. I will soon have a
faster speed of 1.5mb. Do you think the faster speed will help with the clarity of the picture. Thank you for your
help.
