I could not remove my write protect from myf

Hello, this is surya here .hey i could not remove my write protect from my kingston SD card of 2GB .when i send some file in to the card it says that it is write protected .And when i try to format the card it says it is write protected .can any one please give me a qiuck answer .pleas it's really urgent.

There is no write protect feature on flash drives. What you have is a virus. Run a virus scan on the drive and reformat it.

I tried but the disk is not formated.
when i tried to format it show "the disk is write protected"

The person above you is completely wrong.

Flash drives can be write-protected, especially it it's an SD card. This is so you can store secure files on your drive and make sure they cannot be deleted by accident.

Hi, am having a problem with my Data traveller Flash disc 2GB. I recently saved a notepad document from the internetby mistake, not knowing it would become this disatrous. Now I can view all the files therein but I can't delete ar change any data and save again. I cannot even delete a file or format the disc because once I do, it reminds me of its being write protected. Please help me. It belongs to the company for which I work. I urgently need help please.
