Cyberdefender [Solved]

Hello,
I have a previously used laptop with Vista on it. I can not get rid of a program that was on it, Cyberdefebder, I went into add/remove programs but it presistently stays intact. Can you please offer suggestion? thanks so much!

If you go to all programmes, you may see an uninstall link, if not download CCleaner (freeware) from the Kioskea download section, install it and click on tool to reach the programme remover.
