Hello,

I am the owner of a Canon CanoScan N67OU and I am trying to scan documents onto a Windows XP computer. I downloaded the TWAIN driver, which the scanner said I was missing, required to install the CanoScan toolbox. When I try to scan documents, though, it shows the error "Unable to select TWAIN source".Can anyone please help me? What can I do?

Hello,

Try this 1

First check your connections and if the problem still exist then

1) First completely uninstall the software.

2) Click on the below hyperlink "Canon CanoScan N67OU" and follow the

instructions

Canon CanoScan N67OU

Click on "Drivers & Software" --> Select your operating system and the version

from the drop-down menu.

3) Download the latest drivers & the software and install it.

i am getting same problem on lide 100 . OS xp

cannot communicate with scanner.cable may be disconnected may be turned off.check status .scanner driver will be closed.could not open the TWAIN source. make sure there is a valid source for your scanner in the TWAIN directory found in the windows directory.
