Not able to access gmail

Hi,

I'm unable to open gmail. Even after trying several times, if i open gmail, within two minutes it'l come as "ur system has encountered a problem" and i'l be out of chat. I'm not understanding what to do. Pl suggest something so that i can come out of the problem as soon as possible.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi,
it may be that you have been infected by a virus.
do a scan with an updated anti-virus.
or just try to clear your cache and cookies to see if that helps.
you may as well reinstall the Gmail
