Recover deleted Voice recording and msgs

Hello,
hi
i have deleted a voice recording last week last week
is there any way that we can restore the deleted recording
and the phone model is :samsung B3410
the recording files default storage is memory card
and the phone got switched off and on after the deletion is done
is there any way to recover the data and the same for msgs too ???
please post your answers it will be very helpful.

Hello,

Have you checked in your memory card? Nevertheless, if you deleted it permanently, you will not be able to recover it.
