AVG anti-virus and spywave database outdated

Hello, I installed Avg version 8.0, but it reported that Antivirus database and Spywave database outdated. Please, what should I do. Presentlly, i'm connected to the internet and my pc is unprotected from virus and spywave.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7.0

Click on the AVG icon and start a manual update. Some times AVG does not automatically download the updates. I have one PC that doesn't. You will need to do this process each day.
