How can i unblock my e mail address

Hello,
my partners email has been blocked but has done nothing wrong he doesnt have another email address to send a code too plz help

You didn't tell us which email service he uses.

The only way to solve this problem is to WORK with the email provider. You need to "jump through their hoops" to restore service.

You should be able to find instructions to restore service on the provider web site. Follow them and then wait for them to reply/restore service. Then find a better password. This happens a 1,000 times a day so don't expect instant response.
