Regedit is disabled by administrator

Hello,

I was read yor solved answer, but when i tried this mathod ( when i ran regtools.vbs) there was no response & no massage given by system. i think user rights have create this problem. can you help me to resolve this issue?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Value Name: DisableRegistryTools
