SBP2 IEEE 1394 Device doesn't recognize iLink

Hello, can I configure SBP2 IEEE 1394 Device to recognize Sony iLink connection to video camera? OS is Vista Ultimate. I can't find video capture card listed in Device Manager. Does one need to be installed?

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.6
