I am not able to open "Run"

Hello,

When i open run from start menu, Window+R then run not open when i go task bar properties and classic start menu but run option not available at there. if I login other user eg. guest then "Run" open properly.

So plz tell me soluction asap.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Right click on start menu -> properties -> in that select start menu option -> customise -> click on display "Run" -> apply - ok

Right click on start menu ---- click on properties --- on start menu propertise -- click on start menu at the right --- click on customize --- on customize select menu --- click on advance tab --- on advance tab --- click on run command in start menu items --- click ok.
