No sound on Internet

Hello,
I am not able to hear sound on internet. For example on YouTube,on music sites etc. For I had searched tried your remedy named missing.reg and I did it properly but it didn't worked so please help me out in fixing the problem and mending it.

Copy this text into notepad (starting with Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00) and save it to your desktop using the name "missing.reg":

After saving the file, go to START > RUN > and type 'regedit' and then click OK
In the registry, select FILE > IMPORT and select the "missing.reg" file from your desktop
You should get a confirmation that it was imported successfully.

This is an instant fix ... your speakers should now work for web sounds, no reboot required.

I have the same problem with Windows 7 64 bit and IE8. Adding that missing.reg file to the registry does not work. I am stuck. Any other ideas? Thanks.

Check your sound setting in you PC....or some problem related to hardware..
