Try this 1
1) Click on the below link and follow the instructions
https://ccm.net/faq/8061-eject-a-blocked-cd-dvd
2) Try cleaning the drive lens since you are facing a reading problem also. Click
on the below link and follow the instructions.

3) Update the firmware.
