Connect remote desktop connection over VPN

Hello,
can any one guide me about that i m not able to connect remote desktop connection over VPN. i m working behind isa 2004 firewall. whenever i diasble firewall client of ISA it connects but without disabling i m not able to connect, plz guide me if u ppl can
