Hello,
I have just spent several days working on a huge word document on my PC and have regularly been saving it on to my USB - not to my PC's drive. Today I took it in to work and the USB was snapped. Is there any way I can retrieve the document? It still cruelly appears as a link on my documents recently worked on on my PC but obviously I can't open it without inserting the USB. Any advice on a magical back up on my PC or a magician to fix the seemingly unfixable USB would be gratefully received.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.2

Thanks but the USB plug in bit has snapped away from the circuitboard type bit so there is unlikley to be any accessing of the pen.

I don't suppose that my PC might have a memory of it somewhere as it was typed on here just saved on the external drive?

Cheers
