Hacked Hotmail account

Hello,
My hotmail account was hacked. They changed my password and emailed my list of contacts with a lame money scam. I wish I could access my account! Please help!

Configuration: Windows Vista

That was the same case I have also faced. Just yesterday my hotmail address was also hacked and sent that money scam to my contact lists. Please help
