Right click options

Hello, just recently when i right click on something i have dowloaded it wont give me all the options it used to, all i get now is MOVE, MOVE HERE, CREATE SHORTCUT, AND CANCEL, i cant send anything to windows media player or delete these are the only 4 options that come up, even when i click on some of my icons at my desktop it wont let me go into them, ive tried everything, this is my first question i have asked on this site hope one of you kind people can help me .. thank you

Hi,
normally you will get this option when while you are right-clicking the icon you just move the mouse.
so be sure not to move the mouse hen right-clicking the icon.
or you may check the settings for the mouse in the control panel.

I have tried the mouse settings it looks ok to me, do i need to reset the context menu or something, dont know how to do this, please help its putting my wee head away
