Hello
I suspect there's a background application that Windows is unable to properly terminate in order to complete the shutdown routine. If you disable your (MSCONFIG) startup list -- does it shutdown properly ? That could clue you in. |
HI, my laptop does the same thing, and disableing the (MISCONFIG) did not help, it still does the same thing, please help if you can. |
