Now our headphone jack got pushed into the labtop. When we plugged in headphone the sound would come from the speakers. We put it back in place now we do not no sound from the speakers or from the headphone jack.

You broke the plug off and pushed it inside the laptop case? If this is what happened then there is little you can do. It might be possible for a laptop technician open up the case and replace the plug if the motherboard is not badly damaged.
