Pressing the letter E launches "my co

Hello,

Our cat sat on the keyboard of my daughters Medion Akoya laptop. Now, everytime she presses the letter E. my computer launches and when she presses the L it sets the laptop to lock. We did a system restore but that didnt work. Please can you help us?
