Allow RemoteDesktop Shutdown

Hello,


Is there something in the local security plicy or somewhere that will allow remote desktop users to have the restart and shutdown option instead of just log off and lock please ?
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello


From the local PC hit Alt+Ctrl+End keys to bring up Windows Security on the host PC. From there select Shutdown and then restart or shutdown.
