did you spill liquid on the keyboard? Usually problems like this occur from short-circuiting due to spillage.
Try plugging in a cheap alternative keyboard to see whether it is indeed the above problem, or whether it is a more profound problem with your PC. If it is just a physical issue (as above) there is a possibility of it going away in some weeks.
