Monitors Flickers

Hello,
My PC monitors start flickering for about 10 mins the first time i use my monitor...it does not seem to do it any other time during the day.

Is is my monitor it is only 3 years old or is something wrong with my PC?

If this is a CRT (tube) monitor it is most likely a problem with its power supply. I would continue using it until it fails and then replace it with an LCD.
