Hello,
I have a lot of viruses and spyware on my computer that i can't get rid of. my computer keeps shutting down because of it. my desktop has the blue background, and little pop up notes keep coming up saying that my computer is infected. my norton internet security program says it takes it all out, but when i restart my computer it's all back again. what can i do to fix my computer?

Try this: Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware using a friend's PC. Once downloaded, change the Setup file name 2 anything u choose. B sure it's something simple u can remember. Now, transfer the file via flash drive or other movable media 2 your PC. B sure 2 disconnect from internet and disable any Anti-Virus u have installed on your PC. Install on your PC, then run setup. If u can't update, don't worry. Just run a quick scan. Remove anything it finds....Reboot your PC. Now try running the update manager. When it updates, run a full system scan. Again, remove anything it finds. 4 future protection, download and install AVG Free Anti-Virus. It's free and it works a lot better than most Anti-Viruses.
