Getting blue screen error when installing XP?

Hello,
Well I am installing XP cause I still like it more cause I got a new computer and well when I play CoD4 PC my FPS aint great on Win7 but when I go to XP it increases to 233fps it keeps showing this: http://gyazo.com/4b89ca33656b48ea64150cc0a7a64050

Which type of hard disk do you have on the pc installing xp?is it SATA?

Well I can't seem to figure it out but it's a Hap oavillion Dv6 notebook

Also I can't seem to find where I can change my hdd to a (IDE) or legacy my bios provider is insydeH20 and its Rev: 3.5 BIOS Version: F. 1A and the serial # I's: 5CH14110W79
