Have solved it myself

POP3 Server settings are : Pop.mail.com
Smtp settings are : Smtp.mail.com
Imap4 settings are : IMAP.mail.com
Username is the account details.
Password is required to access and send mail too.

Imap ensures all your mail is synchronized on the web and the iPhone4 ( or
device ) you are using.
