Hello,

I recently had to reinstall The Sims 3 on my laptop due to a clean out of my computer and blah blah blah. When I went to install it, an error message kept popping up. i did some research and found out about Origin or whatever, and just downloaded the game from that. I installed it on my computer no problem. When I went to play, it was a little slow, but I didn't think anything about it. I was in the middle of creating a sim, when the whole thing pretty much crashed. A blue screen popped up talking about hardware and installations on my computer. It said to restart it, so I did. When I went to play it, it did the same thing again. Any suggestions? I'm pretty sure my warranty is up on my game by now, so I probably can't just get a new disk.
HELP! :)
