100% cpu usage

Hello,

Just installed zone alarms anti-virus PC has drastically slowed. Whan i press alt+ctrl+del and go to windows task manager i see that cpu is at 100% usage in the list of running processes are 2 entries for " Scanning processess...." used by the system snd both list the same memory usage of 42,872k. When i tried to stop the process, message box says denied. Any idea why i'm seeing 2 identical entries and what are they and how do i eliminate one of them ?

Hello

This must be new ufcked up version of ZA. What it does is it simply scans your email for potential email-based trojans/viruses. Disable Mail scan from the tab.

Also, ZA connects to some wierd website which has no description on ZA website or forum.

Also, during boot up ZA downloads updates which could take between 5 15 minutes before oyur computer runs normal.

Try Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall for firwall -- it is robust like ZA Pro but is actually free.
