Can not reinstall Windows Live Mail

Okay,
My problem started when I could not send emails with embedded photo's using Windows Live Mail. I checked my settings multiple times but to no avail. It would send text only emails fine, but as soon as I tried to embed a photo, it would not send.

In an effort to try and fix my problem, I thought I would uninstall Windows Live Mail, then reinstall it so I could start with a clean slate.

I seemed to uninstall it just fine. It is NOWHERE to be found on my computer.

However, now when I try to reinstall it, the installation menu tells me that it is already installed.

I searched and searched all day. It is completely gone. I have restarted my computer, I have run CCleaner. I am out of ideas.

Anyone have any advice? I am desperate!

I'm having the same problem. I tried deleting all of the files, which was a mistake. i should've uninstalled it instead but they have sneakily hidden the unistaller.
