Computer Won't Detect Memory Stick PRO Duo

Hello,
I'm having problems on my Windows Vista. For some unfortunate reason, my computer would not detect my PRO Duo. When I put it into the slot there would not be a green light that signifies it is connected to the computer. Also I have tried to do System Restore but it does not work since System Restore does not go through. Please help. Oh and if you could, help with the System Restore too.

Go to Device manager and check your device. If you can find here it is disable you should enable it.

Is the memory card detected on mobile phone or other device its being used?Please revert back for more help.

Yes, it is detected on my PSP and my laptop.

It is not being detected on my home computer.
