Hello,
Hi I hope you can help me. the other day my daughter changed the video mode on the computer and so we couldnt get the desktop anymore, dont know what she did. Anyway so we reinstalled windows xp which is great so now we have the desktop back but now we need all the drivers for the ethernet, multimedia, bus controller and video controller. I cant get online on her computer as I have a 1394 connection instead of a local area connection. How can I get rid of this 1394 connection and get the lan up and working. Also most places where I have tried to download drivers want you to use driverdetective which I cant use until I get her computer connected. Her computer is a Compaq serial H302 LPC4 0137 P4 1.8 250mb ram. Her computer is networked.
Can you please help me.
regards
Wendy

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0
