Lost My Files while using system restore

Hello,

I hope somebody can help me with my problem. I accidentally input in cmd attrib -s -h *.* /s /d. I was initially trying to check my flash drive if it's infected with a conficker, but because I was so sleepy during that time I accidentally press enter button but it was not the flash drive directory but instead its one of my hard disk directory then after that my windows was running slow and then I use system restore and after that the files in my User was all gone, then I change my OS from Vista to win7 ultimate, then I installed a scanner that scans on cmd prompt then while it was scanning I saw those folders directory and files and it is now in windows.old. Is there still a way to recover all those files? I hope someone can help me with this problem of mine.
