Insert your flash drive in other usb port. now, if u r using windows xp, go to control panel then "administrative tools". double click 'computer management'. from left panel click 'disk management'. you will see your flash drive here. right click on it click format option. from file system choose ''FAT". choose FAT32 if FAT is not available but
never NTFS. from allocation unit size option choose 'default'. now do a full format not quick.

Hi,
connect your pen drive to pc,.
put the windowsxp cd .

try to delte the partition or format the pen drive from the option which installation gives.
Thants all, you will see new raw partition.
