Hello,

I just purchased a new computer. On my old one I ran three monitors. One on a PCI video adapter and 2 on a PCI dual head video adapter

My new PC's mobo has 1 PCI Express x16 slot, 1 PCI Express x1 slot, and 2 PCI slots.
I have a GeForce 9400GT PCI Express 2.0 GPU made by Biostar.

I also have a Matrox dual head PCI video card from my old PC.

My question is can I run both video cards together? If not can I purchase a PCI Express x1 dual head video card to run with my 9400GT?

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.5

Only way to know if they will play nice together is to try. As far as I know there aren't any video cards available for pci express x1 slots.
